Last Spring Series race brings shifty conditions

Saturday, June 27th brought with it both the Fleet's last Spring Series race and shifty wind conditions for nine WH15s.

Wednesday Night - 3-Way Tie!

Wednesday night's race began with a strong breeze before settling into moderate conditions later in the evening. Hi Toots claimed the win, with Windward second and Bahama Gal third.

The season standings are now remarkably close, with Rainbow, Hi Toots, and Bahama Gal all tied at 16 points after five races. Rainbow currently holds first place on the tiebreaker, while Windward remains within striking distance at 18 points. With plenty of racing left in the series, the field is wide open.

Windy day! - Sat June 13th

June 13 — Two races in building breeze: Hi Toots! wins Race 1 with a full fleet of seven, then Tight Squeeze tops a gutsy four-boat Race 2 as winds hit 20 mph and three boats headed in.

Spring Series – June 6, 2026

Saturday's racing brought two more races in tricky, shifty conditions — near-nothing breeze at times, light fills, and some powerful gusts right as race 2 wrapped up

One reminder: this was the last 11am start. From June 13th, the fleet moves to 1pm to let the Watch Hill afternoon breeze fill in. See you out there.

Wednesday Night Race – WH15s | June 3, 2025

8 boats raced on a beautiful night with a medium-light breeze. Rainbow and Cactus Pie made strong season debuts, taking 1st and 2nd on the water. Hi Toots! holds the series lead with 4 points, while Goose and Bahama Gal are tied at 7 — separated only by tiebreaker. Rainbow slots in at 4th despite missing the first race.
